Falcon Security is Iraq's largest nationally owned and operated Security Company. The Company is a member of the Falcon Group of companies, with its corporate head office in Baghdad and a Branch office in Erbil.

Falcon employs over 2,000 personnel in the delivery of security services in addition to logistical, management and administrative staff. The recruitment program draws from a pool of trained candidates for frontline security that allows the corporate contingent to increase on demand. Fourteen days are required for processing, certifying and orientation. Falcon maintains the logistical and material resources required to support the intake.
