Falcon Construction Company Limited is a member of the Falcon Group of corporate holdings and interests in Iraq. It is a design build, turnkey construction company. Areas of expertise include planning, design, engineering, project management, new construction and the renovation and restoration of existing structures.

Falcon Company is the product of evolution and changes in Iraq but has existed in various incarnations for over the past two decades. In Northern Iraq (Erbil, Beiji, and Mosul) where our main contractual works were carried out, the company delivered comprehensive demolition and renovations projects for the Regional Government, U.N. Agencies, and several private clients.

At Corporate Headquarters in Erbil, as well as at the Baghdad Branch Office, Falcon Engineering staff manages projects from concept to completion, design through construction. As the company has considerable depth of its own, our engineers employ the latest innovations to include satellite imagery, CAD-based design, and Microsoft Primavera Project Management software.

Falcon also maintains direct links with several offshore contract engineering firms that deliver overnight consulting services when supplemental design work is required. The construction side enjoys a large in-house resource base as an established Baghdad company and is well positioned to utilize every option available to the industry from within Iraq and throughout the Middle East. Additionally, through The Falcon Group corporate entities of Trading, Logistics and Transportation, and Security, we facilitate the acquisition and delivery of materials sourced from abroad
